Who We Are
Complete HTR began with one truck, two people, and a vision. Owners Gail and Scott Pereira started the business with a simple goal: break away from the corporate world and build something of their own. What started as a husband-and-wife operation has grown into a trusted diesel repair shop with a fleet of eight service trucks and a full-service facility in Phoenix. Despite the growth, their original mission still drives everything—providing honest, reliable service to the people who keep America moving.

Services
We offer mobile truck repair, emergency roadside assistance, and towing within a 50-mile radius of our Phoenix shop. If you’re broken down on the highway or can't leave the yard, our mobile units arrive fully equipped to handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on-site.
